Our partnership has created a unique interface and functionality not seen in General Practice until now. An EMIS first, targeting patients that need to be seen in primary care and improving patient access by reducing wasted appointments. Our goal was to create the most comprehensive and user friendly platform to reduce the administrative burden and cost faced by practices in day to day communication with patients. Practices spend a significant amount of money, nurse and administration time in contacting patients about their diary events. We have created a solution to streamline this process.

    A list of outstanding health reviews, follow-ups and upcoming health events. Patients receive invitations which can be managed through our app.

    These events are typically generated by clinicians when reviewing patient test results and communication. Currently practice staff contact patients by telephone, text service or send out letters requesting patients to contact their surgery to book an appointment. Our service removes this administrative burden by engaging with patients directly.

    Over 60,000 patients miss their GP appointment every day. Our solution, sends reminders prior to the patient’s appointments, helping to reduce DNAs.

    Remote monitoring made easier by giving clinicians control and to monitor individual patients. Our management console files all patient communication, including vitals and clinician details in the patient history. EMIS integration allows this information to be imported into the patient EMIS record giving clinicians and staff the re-assurance the information can be conveniently accessed.

    To complete our EMIS integration we have allowed every practice to collect statistics on how the service is used by patients.
